Frequently Asked Questions

Mr. Affordable Living exists to turn housing from a fragmented technical exercise into a coordinated engine for shared wealth, community stability and generational prosperity. Our work spans leadership, project enablement, institutional alignment and delivery systems across public, private and community sectors. These questions address how we operate, who our services are for, and how organisations and leaders can meaningfully participate in building Africa’s next housing economy.

What exactly am I paying for—webinars or advisory work?

You are paying for Mr. AL’s delivery-facing advisory, research, convening, and housing business development & management services. Webinars and community co-investment sessions are an added value to build shared understanding and accelerate alignment.

What outcomes should I expect in the first 30–90 days?

Clear delivery sequencing, a credible stakeholder pipeline, stronger project packaging, documented recommendations you can execute, and a disciplined rhythm that drives decisions instead of delays.

Can municipalities, banks, developers, and community organizations all use these plans?

Yes. Plans are designed for any stakeholder driving housing delivery—public sector, private sector, community organizations, and delivery coalitions.

Is Mr. Affordable Living the same as ALSA or NELSA?

No. Mr. Affordable Living is an independent platform focused on affordable housing delivery leadership, community prosperity, and stakeholder alignment. It is not ALSA and not NELSA.

Do you provide “done-for-you” project execution?

We provide hands-on delivery support (packaging, stakeholder engagement, leadership cadence, and programme enablement). Full execution services can be scoped separately depending on complexity and location.

Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Downgrades and cancellations follow the plan’s billing cycle notice period (e.g., 30 days’ notice).
